The following report card is used by volunteers of the Keenan's Kids Foundation. We purposely designed the report card to be used by children eight years old and above.

REPORT CARD
SUBJECT		GRADE
1	No choking hazard
2	No strangling hazard
3	No sharp points or edges
4	No loud noises
5	No long cords or strings
6	No dangerous chemicals
7	Instructions on the package are the same as instructions inside
8	No extreme heat
9	No outrageous violence
10	No obvious danger
